Meet Shiloh,
This sweet boy was so scared at the NA Pound, he came in as an owner surrender and we just couldn’t figure out why he wasn’t wanted!
He was named Shiloh, because he was very “shy” and he was very “low” at the shelter.
After much networking, Shiloh was moved to foster where he waited loved and safe, and then he was transferred to another one of our northern partners!
